Claire is a highly regarded nursing professional in Quality Management and Improvement. Her proficiencies include extensive and diverse experiences in clinical and management positions within the hospital, pre-hospital, and ambulatory surgery center-based settings as well as educational roles in the clinical and academic environments.
Recognizing a need for providing focused Quality Performance services for ambulatory surgery centers, Claire established Positive Outcomes Consulting, LLC in 2008. She considers Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement to be an educational process that is essential to the deliverance of safe, quality of care, and to demonstrate those processes for the ASC requirements for regulatory and accreditation quality reporting.
